I recently had my car detailed by Justin, and I am beyond impressed with the results! Over time, automatic car washes had caused severe damage to my car, (swirls, scratches, etc.) leaving it in poor shape aesthetically. Upon returning to pick my car up, I was taken aback at how incredible it looked. Justin's attention to detail was outstanding—every inch of my car was spotless, inside and out. The exterior was left shining like new, and the interior looked and smelled fresh, almost as if it were brand new. It's obvious that Justin takes great pride in his work. He was also incredibly professional and easy to work with. If you're looking for top-notch car detailing, I without a doubt recommend Rescue 1! It was worth every penny! Justin is phenomenal, nothing else to say. He is the owner/operator, nobody else will work on your car but him. I brought him my new C8 direct from the factory, never touched, washed, etc from the moment it came off the truck, he found numerous paint defects which actually was escalated to Mary Barra the CEO at GM🤣. He took care of those and the final product...breathtaking. I went to him with an idea of what I wanted done and he actually talked me out of things because they really weren't beneficial compared to the cost of them. Literally spent hours talking on the phone about the car before I even decided to proceed with his shop. Just a really good, honest guy running his small business. He's not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, if you are looking for a detailer simply based on price, that can be an issue. I had a detail shop send me an offer that was half of his, but they never called to discuss the job (that was a red flag), had another very well known shop call, quote was same ballpark as Rescue 1 but I know that my car will get done by one of the many people they have working their, don't get me wrong, that shop does awesome work but when you go to a owner/operator 1 person shop, you know exactly who is working on your car and who the buck stops with. I will be bringing all my future cars to Justin and Rescue 1 Detailing.

I recently bought a 2015 Mustang GT and since I wanted to undo some of the paint damages from the previous owner I took it to Rescue 1 detailing. I explained what I was looking for and Justin worked with me on what services he could provide within my budget, and did not try to upsell services. He clearly explained everything in detail before and after the work. Even though I only went with a paint polish and ceramic coating the car looks amazing. I will not hesitate to reccomend and bring my other vehicles to him. Justin goes above and beyond your "traditional" detailer and provides a top notch experience start to finish.
